1. Services Offered
Vitality Careers provides two distinct services:
Instant Career Boost - (AI-Assisted) Resume Rewrite
- Resumes are processed using (AI) Artificial Intelligence tools
- The service generates automated feedback, suggestions, and keyword analysis aligned with resume writing best practices.
- While we design and test our workflows for high quality, you acknowledge that AI technology may sometimes produce errors or incomplete recommendations.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:
- Your Responsibility for Personal/Confidential Information
Before you send us your resume, you have the option to remove or redact any personal, sensitive, or confidential information (such as your name, email address, phone number, driver’s license number, LinkedIn profile, professional license numbers, financial account numbers, or medical information). This information is not necessary to perform your resume rewrite.
- If you choose not to remove that information, you agree that you are solely responsible for any consequences that may result, including any data breaches or unauthorized use of that information.
- By using our service, you agree to hold Vitality Careers harmless and release us from any liability related to your decision to share unredacted information.
- By submitting your resume, you confirm that you understand this option and that any personal details you leave in the uploaded file are provided at your discretion.
- For the purposes of communication and service delivery, we require your name, phone number, and email address in the JotForm fields. This information is used only to deliver your resume rewrite and will be deleted in accordance with our data policy.

- Delivered by experienced career professionals, not AI-driven.
- Includes personalized writing, editing, and formatting of your resume.
- Focused on accuracy, human insight, and alignment with industry standards.
2. Client Acknowledgment
By using our services, you confirm that you:
- Understand that you have the option and are encouraged to remove your contact (or personal) information from your resume before utilizing our AI tool during the resume upload.
- Understand that if you choose to leave your contact or personal information in your resume that you are soley responsible for the consequences.
- Understand which service you are purchasing (AI-assisted review vs. professional writing).
- Acknowledge that AI-assisted reviews are generated automatically and may contain occasional inaccuracies.
- Accept that neither service guarantees job offers, interviews, or hiring outcomes.
- Agree to use the services as guidance and support in your job search.
3. Fair Use of Services
- One-Time Use: Each purchase of the AI Resume Review service entitles you to one submission only. Multiple uses without payment are prohibited.
- No Sharing: You may not share, forward, or distribute the JotForm link or any related intake form to others. Access to the service is restricted to paying clients only.
- Unauthorized Use: Attempting to access, share, or use the AI Resume Review service without prior payment constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in service termination, refusal of future services, and potential legal action.
4. Privacy & Data Handling
- Resume content, cover letters, and other materials you provide are handled with care.
- AI-Assisted Rewrite: Data is processed via the OpenAI API. According to OpenAI’s current API policy, submitted data is not used to train AI models. Data may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deletion.
- Data Deletion: All client submissions are deleted from JotForm within 7 days of service delivery.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Security
- We use industry-standard measures to protect your data.
- However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you accept this risk.
6. Refund Policy
- AI-Assisted Resume Rewrite: Our AI resume rewrite service is delivered automatically once your order is completed. Because this service is provided instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds. If you do not see your AI-generated resume, please first check your spam, promotions, or junk folder, as automated emails may sometimes be filtered. If you still have not received your resume, please email us directly at info@vitalitycareers.com, and we can resend your resume to the same or a different email address.
- Professional Resume Writing: Refunds are not provided due to the time and labor invested in producing customized documents. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work closely with you throughout the editing process to ensure the final product meets—and ideally exceeds—your expectations.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Vitality Careers is not liable for job outcomes, hiring decisions, or any incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
8. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use
- Resume drafts, reviews, and materials provided by Vitality Careers are for your personal use only.
- You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
- Sharing JotForm links, intake forms, or other access points with non-paying parties is strictly prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
